So you want to be healthy, thin, and happy…

Guess what? Your body wants that, too.

Fat and sick are not your body’s normal settings. Neither is exhausted, achey, depressed, or stressed out of your mind. Believe it or not, healthy, energetic, vibrant, and happy are. And so is being thin.

The truth is, the most common diseases and ailments in America are caused by diet. Yet we treat our weight as if it’s the big problem to be solved. It isn’t. In fact, it’s only a symptom. Being overweight is a sign that your body is overwhelmed, undernourished, out of balance, and desperately trying to cope.

The good news is, when we quit treating the symptom (and stop beating ourselves up about it) and start solving the true problem, the rest takes care of itself — the sickness, the fatigue, the brain fog, the depression and mood swings, the aches and pains. Yep, even the extra weight. And guess what? You don’t even have to set foot in a gym to make it happen (or buy any health shakes or cookware or anything at all).

So what’s the problem? It’s not you, it’s not your genes, it’s not your willpower (or lack thereof). 

The problem is your diet and your attitude.

It’s time for the madness to stop. It’s time to get your body and your mind back. It’s time to get control of your nutrition and take charge in the kitchen. It’s time for Healthy Little Changes.
